Job or Vacancy Description:
CESU invites applications from the eligible candidates for the following posts :

Management Trainee Graduate Engineer (Electrical) : 11 posts,
Age : 21-28 years,
Pay : Rs.12000/- st stipend and will be posted in the pay scale Rs.9300-34800/- Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-
Qualification : The candidate must be a citizen of India having Degree in Electrical Engineering with at-least 60% marks in the qualifying examination from a Recognized University / Institution. The passing of Oriya Language Test equivalent to ME Standard is essential. Basic knowledge in computer operation is essential. Preference shall also be
given to the candidates having experience in Power Distribution Sector.

Management Trainee (Diploma Engineer, Electrical) : 09 posts,
Age: 21-32 years,
Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800/- Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-
Qualification : The candidate must be a citizen of India having Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at-least 60% marks in the qualifying examination from a Recognized Institution. The passing of Oriya Language Test equivalent to ME Standard is essential. Basic knowledge in computer operation is essential. Preference shall also be given to the candidates having experience in Power Distribution Sector.

Management Trainee (HR) : 06 posts,
Age: 21-32 years,
Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-
Qualification :The candidate must be a citizen of India having Degree in any Discipline with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of 2 years duration in Personnel Management/ HRD /
HRM/PM & IR/MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized University / Institution.
The applicant must have secured at-least 60% marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination (Post Graduate Degree or Diploma). The passing of Oriya Language Test equivalent to ME Standard is essential. Basic knowledge in computer operation is essential.

Deputy General Manager (HRD). : 01 post
Age: 48 years,
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600- 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/-
Qualification : The candidate must be a citizen of India having Degree in any discipline With post Graduate Degree/Diploma of 2 years durationin personnel Management/HRD/HRM/PM & IR/MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized University.The passing of Oriya language Test equivalent to ME standard is essential. Basic knowledge in computer operation is preferred.
