Containing Name, Fathers Name, Address, Date of Birth, Age, Qualifications, Experience, Whether SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Ex-Serviceman, Mobile/Tel No. Etc and any other relevant documents/information along-with attested copies of certificate, degree, mark-sheets, testimonials in support of qualification, age, experience etc. Without which candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
