SAMEER offers the position of Scientist-C /Scientist-B on a regular basis, as per its terms and conditions to young Engineers in the following specialized fields
1. Scientist – C (Electronics & Communication) : 04 Posts
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay Rs.6600/-
Gross: Rs.46,148/- at Chennai
Age Limit : 35 years (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates) as on 01.08.2010
Qualification : BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD in Electronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Microwave, Radar systems with consistent good academic performance with a minimum of First Class and an aggregate of 60% (6.75 CGPA) in UG and PG
2. Scientist – B (Electronics & Communication) : 08 Posts
Pay Band : Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay Rs.5400/-
Gross: Rs.38,970/- in Chennai
Age Limit : 35 years (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates) as on 01.08.2010
Qualification : Minimum of First Class B.E/B.Tech or equivalent and 60% marks (6.75 CGPA) in each Stemester / Year of B.E/B.Tech or equivalent.
3. Scientist – B (Mechanical) : 03 Posts
Pay Band : Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay Rs.5400/-
Gross: Rs.38,970/-
Age Limit : 35 years (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates) as on 01.08.2010
Qualification : Minimum of First Class B.E/B.Tech or equivalent and 60% marks (6.75 CGPA) in each Semester/Year of B.E/B.Tech or equivalent. M.E/M.Tech in Thermal stream is preferred
