RECRUITMENT RALLY FOR GROUP Y (NON-TECHNICAL) {FOR AUTO TECH AND IAF (P)} TRADES AT DR. CHANDRASEKHARAN NAIR STADIUM, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM (KERALA)
FROM 21 JANUARY 2012 TO 24 JANUARY 2012

Indian Air Force offers opportunities for unmarried male Indian citizens from Thiruvananthapuram District of State of Kerala, Mahe (Union Territory of Puducherry) and Union Territories of Lakshadweep to become an airman. The Recruitment Test for Group Y (Non-Technical) {For Auto Technician and Indian Air Force (Police)} Trades will be held at Dr. Chandrasekharan Nair Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) from 21 January 2012 to 24 January 2012 as per the Selection Programme given below.

SELECTION PROGRAMME. The Recruitment Test will be conducted from 7 AM onwards every day as per the details given below. Candidates reporting up to 10 AM at the Rally Venue will only be permitted to appear in the Recruitment Test.
Note: – The Recruitment Test is not for selection as Officers/Pilots/Navigators.

Stream/ Activities: Written Test and Physical Fitness Test (PFT) for Group „Y‟ (Non-Technical) {For Auto Tech and IAF (P)} trades.
Disctricts to be Covered: THIRUVANANTHAPURAM DISTRICT OF STATE OF KERALA, MAHE (UNION TERRITORY OF PUDUCHERRY) AND UNION TERRITORIES OF LAKSHADWEEP

22 January 2012
Stream/ Activities: Interview and Medical Examination of candidates passed Written Test and PFT on 21 January 2012.
Disctricts to be Covered: THIRUVANANTHAPURAM DISTRICT OF STATE OF KERALA, MAHE (UNION TERRITORY OF PUDUCHERRY) AND UNION TERRITORIES OF LAKSHADWEEP

23 & 24 January 2012 – RESERVE DAYS

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
AGE LIMIT. Candidate should be born between 01 January 1991 and 31 March 1995 (both days inclusive).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
For Group Y (Non-Technical) {For Auto Tech and IAF (P)} Trades Passed Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent examination with Science, Arts or Commerce subjects or equivalent vocational courses with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Vocational course should be recognized by Association of Indian Universities.
OR
03 years Diploma in any stream of Engineering from a Government recognised Polytechnic Institute.
